Order Cancellation All orders can only be canceled within 90 minutes of placement. We cannot accept cancellations after 90 minutes or once the production and designing process has commenced.

Incorrect Size Received If you receive materials in a different size than what you ordered, we take full responsibility. We will organize a return pickup from our end and replace the product entirely. Please note that no refunds will be issued in this scenario, only a replacement.

Damaged in Transit We ship our boxes in secure outer packaging, strapped with plastic rolls and strong white strapping tape. Despite our absolute care, transit damage can occasionally occur.

● Do not accept the shipment if it is visibly damaged upon arrival.

● If you mistakenly accept a damaged shipment, you must email photographs of the damaged goods to operations@buyboxonline.in within 24 hours of delivery.

● If we receive the email and photos within this 24-hour window, we will replace the damaged boxes. Any claims received after 24 hours of delivery will be strictly rejected.

Quality Concerns All our listed boxes are manufactured using premium 528 GSM Kraft paper from top-tier paper mills (a standard industry variation of 8-10% in GSM is applicable). We strongly recommend ordering and inspecting samples before making a bulk purchase to ensure the product meets your exact requirements. Claims regarding general quality dissatisfaction will not be accepted. However, upon request, we can provide the internal test certificate generated before your boxes were shipped.

“No Questions Asked” Return (Plain Boxes Only) To provide a worry-free shopping experience, we offer a 7-day return policy strictly for plain, non-printed boxes. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging for a refund, subject to the following deductions:

● Cost Deductions: Even if a product was listed with “Free Shipping” or “Rs. 0 Shipping,” the actual freight costs are built into the product price. In the event of a return, the actual shipping cost, along with packing and handling charges, will be deducted from your final refund. Please contact us to confirm these exact deductions before shipping the item back.

● Return Process: Securely pack the item, include a short note with your order number (and reason for return, if you wish), and send it to our facility using a reliable courier.

● Exclusions: We do not offer any returns or refunds on products listed under the “Custom Boxes” category.

Printing Mistakes If you ordered customized printing and the final product’s print differs from your approved design, Airpack Pioneer Private Limited will take full responsibility. We will organize a pickup from our end and replace the incorrectly printed products. No refunds will be issued for printing errors, only replacements.

Refund Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed within 1 to 2 weeks after our facility receives and inspects the returned product.
