We are happy to accept return of the sold goods under these conditions

 All types of order can only be cancelled within 90 minutes after placing. We will be unable to cancel the order after 90 minutes or after the production or designing is commenced.

 In case of different size: If you have received materials of the different size than your order, we will be taking the full responsibility and organize pick up from our end. The product will be replaced but no refund will be issued.

In case of received damaged product: We would ship your boxes in outer packing of box with plastic roll strapped on top with strong white strapping tapes. Even though we take absolute care of packing, sometimes in transit, boxes might get damaged. In that case, please do not accept the damaged shipment. If you mistakenly accept the damaged shipment, please send us an email with the damaged shipment photographs within 24 hours of the shipment delivery. If we receive email within 24 hours for the shipment damage information and photographs, we will replace the boxes. Any claims received after 24 hours of the shipment delivery will not be accepted.

In case you didn’t like the quality: All listed boxes have 528 GSM strong Kraft paper manufactured by premium paper mills, they are allowed GSM variation is 8-10%. We strongly recommend inspecting the samples before making any purchase to ensure what exactly you will get. Any claims regarding quality will not be accepted. However, we can provide you with the test certificate of your boxes which we have taken before shipping your boxes.

Still I want to return the product: To provide you a worry free shopping experience on BuyBoxOnline.in, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy (only for plain / non-printed boxes). Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs plus packing and handling charge). Even though products are mentioned with free shipping / shipping charge Rs.0, we have included the shipping cost in the product cost. In the event of the return, that shipping cost will be deducted along with the packaging and handling cost. Please confirm these cost deductions before returning. When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs and packing & handling charge. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our store. We do not offer any returns or refunds on the products listed in “Custom Boxes” tab,

In case of printing mistakes: If you have chosen customized printing for your boxes and if you receive different printing, then we will be taking the full responsibility and organize pick up from our end. We would ask you to replace the product. No refund will be issued.

Refund process time is 1-2 weeks after receiving the returned product.
